QUALIFICATIONS: - Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Current Pennsylvania nursing assistant, EMT, or Paramedic certification or Completion of nursing assistant course or Completion of clinical medical assistantprogram or Completion of one semester of nursing school (RN or LPN program) or Current experience as nursing assistant
- Have Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within 6 months of hire
- Have Comprehensive Crisis Management certification within18 months of start date in department/position
- Have ability to work flexible hours including shift, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Have previous floor care experience (preferred)
- Have a commitment to customer service
- Have ability to meet physical requirements of position
- Be a team player
