Job Description:

Summary The purpose of this role is to assist our patients with telehealth visits and to provide any technology assistance needed. The role will also require someone to travel to physician offices pick up and drop off orders as well as perform clerical duties as needed. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate telehealth visits for patients.
  • Travel to physician offices, picking up and dropping off orders.
  • Travel to patients throughout Nassau, Suffolk, Queens.
  • Provide technology support to patients/families for telehealth visits.
  • Perform clerical duties as needed.
  • May be assigned to perform other duties as directed by the manager.
Qualifications
  • HS Diploma/GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience and/or training preferred.
  • A valid drivers license.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting. Strong preference will be given to those with Home Health and/or Hospice experience.
  • Excellent computer, organizational and time management skills required.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Professional appearance, proven track record in providing excellent customer service.
