Our Patient Care Assistants actively incorporate our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. You would develop awareness of patients' interests and needs, and assist them to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care, from basic needs to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide patient care.
