We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Assistant to join our team at CarePartners. As a Patient Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of the nursing staff. Your duties will include assisting with mobility, obtaining and recording patient information, collecting specimens, and engaging in evidence-based best practices to enhance the patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Participate in the implementation of nursing care plans
• Obtain and record patient information
• Assist with patient mobility and activities of daily living
• Collect specimens for diagnostic tests
• Engage in evidence-based best practices

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• First Aid Basic certification
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High School Graduate / GED
