Geisinger is offering a part time Patient Care Assistant position with a $15.75 minimum hiring rate and up to $3 shift differentials for evening, nights, and weekend shifts. There is also up to $40,000 in financial support available to become a nurse!

The Patient Care Assistant will be responsible for direct patient care activities and clerical duties, ensuring patients' physical needs are met, maintaining integrity of specimens, providing one-to-one patient safety watch, and assisting with transportation of patients and blood products. The work is typically performed in a clinical environment on a rotating shift schedule.
No experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior clinical experience is preferred.
