Job Description:

We are currently hiring for full-time, remote-eligible Patient Services Associate positions! To qualify, candidates must reside within the states of Kentucky or Indiana, at least 50 miles away from our headquarters in Jeffersonville, IN, and meet the company's work-from-home requirements, including a reliable internet connection and a speed test, as detailed in the job description below. While this is a full-time opportunity, the role will support our peak season and is expected to last through early 2025. After the seasonal period, we will assess business needs and performance to explore potential future opportunities within the company for continued full-time placement. You'll compassionately deliver an exceptional experience always remembering that every prescription or document belongs to a real person who is looking for thorough and efficient management of their records. From navigating benefit investigations and prior authorizations, to providing resources for financial assistance, you'll handle each case with precision and empathy.
