Job Overview:

Trinitas Regional Medical Center ER is a state-of-the-art facility that recently underwent an $18.7 million renovation that nearly doubled the number of treatment beds from 27 to 45. Care is now delivered in highly personalized areas that address the needs of families, seniors and behavioral patients. Also included in the project are a 128-slice CT scanner and an onsite ultrasound suite that speeds up the delivery of care and provides a more detailed diagnosis. Unlike many hospitals, Trinitas Regional Medical Center is a full-service institution. As such, we are fully-equipped and staffed to provide a complete range of services to those in need of general care, as well as specialized services, such as pediatric or obstetric care. This is a per diem position.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• AHA BLS prior to start date required
• Previous acute care or emergency care experience is preferred

Essential Functions:

The Patient Care Associate (PCA) functions under direct supervision from a Registered Nurse to effectively and collaboratively support patient care.
