As a PCC, you'll meet with patients in person, and guide them through their transformation journey. The travel schedule is 5 weeks on, 1 week off.Primary Responsibilities:* Travel to Sono Bello locations to conduct in-person consultations with new and returning patients.* Collaborate with patients to determine their goals and create personalized treatment plans with the surgical team.* Educate patients on procedures, processes, and financing options.* Build and manage a patient pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and a seamless experience.* Maintain strong communication with the in-center clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient journey.* Lead by example, fostering positivity and teamwork at each center location.What We're Looking For:* Proven Sales Success: At least 3 years of exceptional performance in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Experience in the aesthetic industry, such as cosmetic surgery or cosmetics, is a strong plus.* Consultative selling skills: Build rapport quickly, assess patient needs, and create urgency to inspire action.* Interpersonal excellence: Work effectively with patients, physicians, and teammates.* Motivation and accountability: Drive to exceed KPIs and goals while maintaining professionalism under pressure.* Organizational skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of prioritizing competing tasks.* A positive outlook and passion for transforming lives through your work.Compensation and Benefits:* Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000.* Overtime premium: Earn additional pay for extended hours.* Uncapped bonuses: Performance-based incentives aligned with KPI and goal achievements.* Total compensation range: $160,000 - $250,000 annually.We also offer comprehensive training and a supportive environment to help you succeed and grow in your role.Benefits Package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, EAP, PTO, and Paid Holidays.#LI-SM1
