Patient Care Coordinator at Robert Half in Hailey, Idaho, United States Job Description Description We are providing an opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Hailey, Idaho. This role is within the High Tech - Pharm/Biotech industry and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will serve as a critical link between our company and our patients, delivering exceptional customer service, managing administrative and operational tasks, and contributing to revenue goals. Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for our patients, greeting them and managing their interactions and needs - Drive patient engagement by making outbound and follow-up calls to potential and existing patients - Manage the operational functions of the clinic, including maintaining an accurate account of petty cash, bank deposits, and credit transactions - Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling using company protocols and internal scheduling database software - Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of hearing aids - Work directly with patients to collect all insurance documentation, adhering to current HIPAA laws - Support the achievement of clinic revenue goals by understanding and promoting current marketing promotions - Obtain potential patient referrals through excellent customer service and patient interaction - Utilize skills in Allscripts, Banner Ads, Cerner Technologies, CRM, Dentrix Dental Software, and other relevant software for tasks such as answering inbound calls, authorizations, benefit functions, billing functions, and creating charts and graphs. Requirements - Proficiency in Allscripts, Banner Ads, and Cerner Technologies is required for this role. - Experience with CRM and Dentrix Dental Software is highly desirable. - Ability to handle answering inbound calls efficiently and professionally. - Familiarity with authorizations and benefit functions in the healthcare industry. - Experience with billing functions, preferably in a healthcare setting. - Ability to prepare, read, and interpret charts and graphs. - Strong interpersonal skills for patient interaction and coordination. - Understanding of privacy regulations and patient confidentiality. - Excellent organizational skills to manage patient care schedules. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
