Southshore Family Dentistry is on the lookout for a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to be the smiling face our patients see when they walk in and the helpful voice on the other end of the line. Our practice is all about top-notch dental care in a warm, welcoming atmosphere - and we're looking for someone as enthusiastic about patient care as we are!Here's What Your Week Looks Like:
  • Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (start your weekend early!)

What You'll Be Up To:
  • Running our front desk like a pro, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting each patient with a warm welcome
  • Keeping patient records accurate and up-to-date, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete
  • Handling patient questions and making sure every patient leaves feeling cared for and satisfied
  • Working closely with our dental team to make sure each day flows smoothly and each patient experience is seamless
  • Participating in team meetings and ongoing training to keep your knowledge sharp and stay on top of dental and administrative best practices
  • Managing scheduling to optimize patient flow and provider productivity
  • Keeping our work environment clean and organized
RequirementsWhat You'll Bring:
  • 1 Year of Dental Experience (required)
  • A customer service background - ideally in healthcare or dental - with a knack for making patients feel comfortable and welcome
  • Calm, adaptable, and detail-oriented under pressure
