Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Cleaning duties, filing, incoming and outgoing calls. Patient scheduling and interacting. Insurance verification and inventory management. The Patient Care Coordinator / Technician position helps the Hearing Care Practitioner in the office manage the patients by helping them with their hearing aids, checking the hearing aids to see if they are working properly and ensuring they are clean, helping to sync hearing aids to their phones, and any other tasks to ensure the patient's hearing aids are functioning properly.
