Sentara Medical Group is looking for a Patient Care Representative to join the Clarksville Family Practice.

The Patient Care Representative (PCR) is responsible for the registration process of new and current patients at the site. The Patient Care Representative (PCR) completes check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. This individual will also answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.

Requirements:

• High School Grad or Equivalent
• Preferred: 12+ months experience required.
• Ability to communicate with insurance carriers and discharge planners professionally.
• Enthusiastic and energetic.
