The Patient Care Representative provides front-office support. This role handles all aspects of patient check-in, check-out, and bookkeeping for medical billing. Key responsibilities include managing confidential patient records, verifying insurance coverage, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.Eligible for Sign-On Bonus: $500 after 30 days. $500 for continued employment within the CON OOP department as an initial sign-on bonus. Preferred Qualifications Experience with electronic medical records preferred.Two (2+) years of experience in a healthcare office setting.
