Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with
- Two (2) years office experience
OR
- At least one (1) year of post-high school course-level work with
- One (1) year of office experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Similar experience in medical front office (including knowledge of managed care insurance, CPT - and ICD - coding, cashiering, and appointment scheduling)
- Experience with electronic health records (Allscripts preferred)
- Experience with practice management software (Allscripts PM preferred)
- Experience with telephone customer service on a multi-line phone system
