Patient Care Specialist up to $25/hr Seeking Patient Care Specialist to assist adult residents with developmental and behavioral disabilities, focusing on physical support and daily living activities.
Responsibilities: - Assist with habilitative, behavioral, and recreational programs, including medication delivery and reporting concerns
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure Individual Service Plans (ISPs) are followed and effective
- Aid residents in self-care, hygiene, and leisure activities
- Drive state vehicles for resident appointments and activities
Requirements: - Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Valid driver's license and personal transportation
- Minimum of 6 months direct care experience
