Patient Care Specialist - Western Mass up to $27/hr We are seeking Patient Care Specialists in the Western Mass area with a pay range of up to $27/hr. The position involves offering direct assistance to adult residents with developmental and behavioral disabilities, many of whom experience mobility issues. Key duties include helping with daily living activities, administering medications, supporting recreational and habilitative programs, and ensuring that care aligns with Individual Service Plans (ISP).
