Bethesda is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Patient Care Support Technician. This role involves providing support in patient care services such as hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, and safety under the direction of the Charge Nurse. Duties include documenting patient care, responding to call lights, taking vital signs, and maintaining supplies and equipment. Successful candidates should have certification as a Nurse Assistant, CPR certification, and preferably experience in long-term care. Strong communication, time management, and physical capabilities are essential for this role.

• High school diploma preferred
• Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification
• Required CPR certification or willingness to obtain within six months of employment
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Physical ability to lift and move patients and heavy objects
• Manual dexterity and coordination
• Visual acuity with color distinction
