Performs routine duties in caring for patients' needs and unit maintenance under the supervision of professional nursing staff. Educational and/or Professional Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous Experience:1. Previous training and experience desired, but not essentialLicensure, Certification, Registration, etc.1. Certified Nursing Assistant in State of Louisiana preferred.Other Special Training/Skills:1. Ability to communicate effectively2. Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations with a reasonable degree of accuracy.3. Computer skills are essential.4. Previous training and experience desired.
