Minimum requirements include 6 months acute care experience or 1-year Skilled Nursing Facility experience; or completion of Nursing Fundamentals from a Nursing Program; or EMT certification / Paramedic license for ER only. If no experience/training in sterile technique; insertion and removal of urinary catheters, and IV reseal removal.
