Job Requisition: REQ3055Empl oyment Type:Per DiemShift: Rotating shiftsHours Per Week: As ScheduledHiring Range : $17.34 -$22.54The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.Responsibilities:Responsibilities: • Aids with movement and placement of patients. • Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living. • Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Documents necessary records. • Keeps patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintains medical equipment.Minimum Qualifications:Education: • High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.• BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.Complexity of Work: • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.Personal Protective Equipment: • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
