Responsibilities Tree of Life, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is seeking Direct Support Professsionals or CNAs to join our team for our facilities in Richmond, VA. The Tree of Life Services Patient Care Technician is responsible for:
- Assisting with and properly documenting the client's day-to-day activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned
- Consistent follow-through with all medical, cognitive, physical and behavioral aspects of the client's specific program through the course of each day and night
- Client engagement
