This 172-bed, full-service hospital continues a legacy of providing residents of Western Tidewater with high-quality, patient-centered care.As a Nursing Care Partner/Patient Care Technician with Sentara, you will have the opportunity to learn many new skills. The primary duties of this position include supporting the admission/discharge process, changing, bathing, ambulating patients, drawing blood, foley catheter care, and meeting patient needs while working under the direct supervision of a nurse. Provide patient care, support the admissions and discharge process, and comply with patient safety practices under the direction of the professional nurse.
