In this role you will: - Answer telephones at a high volume; respond to inquiries; resolve issues.
- Enters data into the computer.
- Protect patient privacy by adhering to the HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
We require: - At least 1 year experience as a call center operator preferably in the medical field.
- Excellent computer and customer service skills.
- High school diploma required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
