We're currently hiring a Full-Time Patient Coordinator to join our front office team! About the Role: As a Patient Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring a smooth check-in process for our patients and their families. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, friendly, and thrives in a family-centered, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Check in patients efficiently, verify insurance, and collect any necessary forms or documents.
- Answer phones promptly and assist with inquiries or direct calls appropriately.
- Schedule and confirm appointments while managing the practice's schedule for optimal efficiency.
- Process payments, provide receipts, and discuss financial arrangements when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a tidy front office and waiting room.

RequirementsQualifications:
- 1+ years previous experience in a front office role (dental/medical office experience preferred - we will train the right candidate).
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for providing excellent patient care.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Must be comfortable discussing financial options and insurance coverage.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software (experience with dental software is a plus).
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
