We're currently hiring a Full-Time Patient Coordinator to join our front office team! About the Role: As a Patient Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring a smooth check-in process for our patients and their families. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, friendly, and thrives in a family-centered, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
  • Check in patients efficiently, verify insurance, and collect any necessary forms or documents.
  • Answer phones promptly and assist with inquiries or direct calls appropriately.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments while managing the practice's schedule for optimal efficiency.
  • Process payments, provide receipts, and discuss financial arrangements when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a tidy front office and waiting room.

RequirementsQualifications:
  • 1+ years previous experience in a front office role (dental/medical office experience preferred - we will train the right candidate).
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for providing excellent patient care.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Must be comfortable discussing financial options and insurance coverage.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software (experience with dental software is a plus).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
