They are working collaboratively with their teammates to ensure the clinic is running efficiently. Our PCs have a direct impact on our patient's overall experience and are providing world class customer service. The day-to-day functions include scheduling new and current patient appointments, answering incoming phone calls, greeting and checking in patients, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting co-pays / other balances, and helping the clinic maintain exceptional performance. Our PCs will also oversee the Patient Representative at the clinic (if applicable).What You Will Need:* At least 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.* Desire to lead and mentor others.* Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.* Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.* Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads.* Self-motivated with the eagerness to learn and grow.* Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruiting and employment process.
