We are lookinf for a sharp, caring, organized person to work 3 days per week (Mon, Tues, Wed) 6-8 hours/day in the front office of a busy hand therapy clinic. The ideal candidate is great multitasking, is detail oriented, professional and reliable. This person will coordinate the schedule for 3 busy offices, 2 in SF and 1 in Mill Valley. The job is located in SF.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones
Process incoming faxes
Scheduling patietns at 3 clinics
Processing payments, verifying insurance and working with biller
Handling patient needs and following through with requests from physicans, patients and payors
Working with workers comp carriers to process authorizations and schedule patients
