Our client is looking for a Patient Coordinator to join their team in Shrewsbury, MA!

Title: Patient Coordinator

Type: Permanent/Direct Hire

Hours: Monday - Friday, 10a-7p

The Patient Coordinator is responsible for providing all services that the client offers, while ensuring a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate will bring excellent customer service skills, credibility, and high integrity and the ability to create lasting relationships with patients built on trust. A love of all things aesthetics with an interest in creating a highly customizable aesthetic care plan for their patients to help them look, feel and be their best!

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience (some business to consumer-preferred)
• Experienced in building relationships with patients that have a lasting value
• Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets by building relationships
• Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
