The Patient Experience Coordinator position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care. We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our dedicated team at the Institute for Human Reproduction in Oak Brook, IL. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and check in patients, verify information, and direct them to appropriate departments.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with clinical staff.
  • Maintain patient records, process billing information, and collect copays.
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area.
  • Other duties and project as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a medical office preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or front-office clinic setting (preferred).
  • Experience in women's health or fertility settings (preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $19.00 - $23.00 hourly The compensation range for this position is between $19.00 and $23.00 per hour.Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
