Provides professional support to Med Center Health's Patient Experience program(s). Develops and facilitates training and development activities for leaders and staff related to the patient experience. Receives, investigates and facilitates resolutions to complaints and concerns received from patients, families, visitors and others to any Med Center Health entity. Rounds with patients and families to facilitate concurrent follow up, documents, and analyzes rounding results. Prepares routine and ad hoc reports for Patient Experience leadership and appropriate Med Center Health personnel.Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of experience in customer service related field with exposure to addressing and resolving customer issues required.
- Bachelor's degree in social services, community education or related field required. An equivalent combination of education and or experience may service in lieu of require Bachelor's degree.
