Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital offers unique and individualized programming for adolescents and adults that sets us apart from many other treatment facilities, and our tenured leadership team includes a seasoned nursing department.
The Patient Experience Coordinator and Telehealth Liaison serving in theis role serves as an active member of the clinical staff; Maintains a therapeutic relationship with all patients; Provides coordination and feedback to therapists/treatment team related to discharge procedures. Conducts service recovery for the adolescent population and increased communication to responsible parties. Can assist with scheduling appropriate aftercare appointments for patient's continuity of care. Provides other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Can assist with scheduling appropriate aftercare appointments for patient's continuity of care. Provides other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 2 years experience working with adolescent populations; High school diploma or equivalent on the job knowledge; Knowledge and experience of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations; basic knowledge and experience of mental health and substance abuse issues in a variety of patient populations; effective time management and ability to work under stress.
SKILLS: Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Must have basic computer skills.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measures, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
