Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for RWJB at Newark Beth Israel Children of New Jersey. This is located in Newark, New Jersey. This position will act as an ambassador for the Certified Nursing Department, with interaction with patients and staff. Evaluate and develop service levels for overall patient services, with a program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will:

  • Evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Perform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates, including employee development.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Basic Functional Experience: 3 years.
