Patient Experience Nurse - Phone Triage Our Healthcare client is recruiting for an RN (Registered Nurse) to perform phone triage on recently discharged patients. In the role, you will proactively be calling patients to review and follow up on their services. While on these calls you will be assessing their condition via recent symptoms, signs, concerns and medications. This role is 100% Telephonic and will be lasting roughly 13 weeks with the possibility to extend further. The hours are 8:00 to 4:30 Monday through Friday; no nights, no weekends, no holidays and no on-call.
