Responsible for compiling itemized hospital bills, verifying patient insurance coverage and computing patient insurance benefitsBachelor's or Associates degree preferredMinimum of two years' experience in Hospital and Physician billing preferredDenial follow up requiredCurrent knowledge of regulatory and industry issues effecting medical billing including but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid requirements regarding filing of claims
