The development and maintenance for monitoring patient status and NH Medicaid, including regular follow up on Medicaid applications to ensure a timely response and resolve problems as they arise. Skills/ Education Associates degree or 1-2 years of direct human service experience with state, federal, and local welfare, disability and other entitlement programs preferred Office based skills required.
