Experience working in a healthcare office setting, or community outreach and education required.
Knowledge of health care, inpatient/outpatient settings, Oncology specific patient population
Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work well with people of various backgrounds, ethnicities, and life experiences.
Ability to take direction, follows through with tasks, and work independently.
Flexibility, optimism, and a cooperative working style.
Education Requirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent; clinical training (i.e. MA, CNA, LPN) a plus.
Special Requirements:Fluency in Spanish preferred.
Competent in basic computer skills; knowledge of using an electronic health records system preferred.
