Express Employment Professionals is hiring Patient Recruitment Coordinators for an 8-month contract opportunity, with the potential to join other contracts beyond the 8-month term.

The schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $22.25 per hour. This position is hybrid, requiring at least 1 day per week on-site in Durham, NC.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you would be involved with the recruitment and enrollment of participants in clinical research projects. We're looking for motivated individuals with phone outreach experience and an interest in clinical research.

Responsibilities Include:

• Contributing significantly to patient outreach, interaction, and successful recruitment to a variety of sponsored research studies.
• Conducting phone screens for patient inclusion in research studies.
• Reviewing patient's basic medical information to determine eligibility.
• Collecting and maintaining data going into study-specific databases and spreadsheets.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to safety and compliance regulations.

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate's degree.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Experience in patient-facing or customer service role.
• Experience working with or engaging in outreach with military personnel or veterans is strongly preferred.
