The Patient Registration Coordinator is a key role in the transition of a patient coming onto Option Care services. Patient Registration Coordinators are responsible for coordinating transition services with internal and external partners to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all required documentation is of the highest quality while providing exceptional customer service. Patient Registration are responsible for proactively building strong relationships with referral sources, account managers, care transition coordinators and internal nursing, pharmacy and revenue cycle team members.
