Insight Global Health is looking for a Patient Access representative that will work On-Site in Goodyear Arizona for a large healthcare client. We are looking for someone with great customer service experience, as they will be meeting with every new cancer patient. This role is responsible for the checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, making inbound and outbound calls, while also making sure they are all set and answering any questions they many have.
