Our practice is growing and we now also have locations in Clearwater/Countryside and Westchase.Learn more at www.suncoastwomenscare.comJob DescriptionWe currently have a need for a full-time candidate.An OB/GYN practice located in Trinity is seeking a full-time Patient Representative to perform various administrative duties. The position requires someone that thrives in a busy and energetic environment.Duties/Position:* Patient relations: making the connection with the patient and placing them at ease from the moment they contact our practice* Checking patients in/out* Answering phones* Scheduling appointments* Insurance verification* Ensuring the flow and timing of patient care and ensuring a productive schedule* Ensure patients complete the required documentation and their information is current* Collecting payments/money due* Communication from the front office to the back office* Other duties as assignedQualifications* Multi-tasking* Excellent communication skills* Customer service* Time management* Organization* Professionalism* Basic computer skills are necessary* Preference will be given to those with previous receptionist experience, OB/GYN office experience, EMR Athena Health experience and bilingual in Spanish.Additional InformationExcellent benefits package that includes health/dental/life/vision insurance, 401(k) plan, holiday pay, paid time off and employee assistance programADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED* Salary expectation? $$$ per year or $$$ per hour* Languages?
