Facilitate coordinate communication between patients, family members, or their appropriate surrogate decision makers CaroMont Health to provide support guidance for issues involving patient complaints, grievances, potential risk exposures. Serve as a resource and provide guidance for patients, families, and appropriate departments throughout the organization for successful resolution of issues concerns. Proactive identification of actual or suspected issues or events, in the earliest stages to provide clear communication, guidance, support for complaint resolution risk mitigation. Coordinate participate in grievance management to include appropriate communication documentation of the grievance per Complaint Management System policy. Qualifications: Associates degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in healthcare, human services, or related field.
