Job Summary and Qualifications
The Patient Safety Attendant (PSA) is responsible for providing continuous observation and monitoring for high-risk patients through a video monitor at a specified location. The PSA ensures a safe patient environment, monitors patients' physical and emotional condition, and maintains accurate documentation on patient status and activity. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, with at least 1 year of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
