Job DescriptionWork Schedule: 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Pay: UW Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Lead to:
  • Act as a liaison with leadership in patient scheduling issues, training, education communication and problem solving.
  • Coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of other patient scheduling staff.
  • Monitor work schedules, maintain department scheduling guidelines and templates and train and mentor new staff.
  • Perform patient scheduling duties including working with patients in person and over the phone.
Education: Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent.
