**Responsibilities**Under the oversight of the Patient Service Center Manager, the Patient Service Supervisor will manage the day-to-day activities of multiple Patient Service Centers and Home Draw services to ensure services are completed accurately and on time in compliance with federal, state,and local regulations (i.e., CLIA, OSHA, AAAHC, EHS, etc....). The PSC Supervisor is accountable for coordinating the safe and efficient specimen collection, specimen processing, testing, and resulting of waived tests, and reference and special mail-outs.**Job Title: Patient Service Center Supervisor - Laboratory Services****Clinic Location: Main Campus****Department:** **Laboratory Services****Job Type: Full Time****Salary Range: $76,505 - $94,496 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)****Qualifications****Education**Required: Associate degree from an accredited institution in Business/ScienceAdditional 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in addition to the supervisory experience requirementmay substitute for degree.Preferred: BA/BS degree from an accredited institution**Experience**Required: 5-years phlebotomy experience2-years supervising phlebotomy operations with Associates Degree1-year waived testing performancePreferred: 2-years supervising a multiple site operation**License(s)**Required: N/APreferred: Current PBT (ASCP) phlebotomy certification**Special Skills**Required: Knowledgeable of CLIA regulations and ability to summarize inspection findings for Compliance,Waived and PPM certifications.Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skillsPreferred: N/A**Other**Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver organized and concisepresentations tailored to audience.Excellent time management skills- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to efficiently manage laboperations at multiple sitesEffective leadership skills to include:o Ability to implement change in a positive, sensitive, and forward- thinking mannero Ability to collaborate and promote teamworko Positive, can-do attitude coupled with a sense of urgencyo Ability to develop and motivate staffo Ability to problem solve in a complex, multi-functional groupo Ability to create a trusting, positive, and supportive work environmento Ability to function independently and deal with multiple, simultaneous projectso Ability to operate in high-pressure situationso Knowledge of budgeting, billing, and cost analysiso Knowledge of quality control, quality assurance principles and proficiency testing procedures relatingto waived testingo Knowledge of AAAHC, CAP, OSHA, and CLIA regulations related to work areao Superb attention to detailso Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette, able to adhere to professional standardso Practical knowledge of routine laboratory equipment and proceduresPreferred: N/A**Working Environment:** Office/Medical Clinic**About Us**Start your career journey and become a part of a community of renowned Healthcare professionals.
