We are looking for someone with to fill a medical PSR position, full-time, four days a week Monday through Thursday 6:45 am to 5 pm. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off! Greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answers telephones, schedules appointments, and performs other overall general access call center duties.Duties:Checking in/out patientsGreet patientsCollect co-paysHandle multiple tasks at a fast paceVerify patient insurance and information on the computerScan medical cards and information into the EMRSome insurance verificationsPhonesConfirming appointmentsTaking detailed messagesRouting calls to different departmentsOther clerical duties as needed.Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen and current reference checks. You must be at least 18 to apply.
