Medix is hiring Patient Service Representatives to support a call center in Warwick, RI for a 4+ week contract. Starting out, this role will be 4 weeks but has the potential for extension depending on patient volume. Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer service to patients
- Answer calls
- Fill out forms to capture patient demographic information
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Other duties as required
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Qualifications:
- 1+ year of healthcare experience
- EMR experience
- Call center experience, preferred not required
