Here s what you ll be doing:
- Oversee patient financial processes, ensuring timely and accurate collection and processing of payments, including co-payments, deductibles, and self-payments.
- Verify and maintain complete and accurate patient information, including demographics, referrals, authorizations, billing codes, and diagnoses.
- Perform front-desk duties such as greeting patients, registration check-in, scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing forms, and completing the discharge process, while also providing clerical support and orienting new employees.

- Two years experience in a physician's medical office practice
