Our client is a well-known healthcare organization growing their team. This employer is looking to bring on an adaptable and reliable individual looking to enhance their healthcare career! The ideal candidate should have exposure to healthcare, be tech savvy, and be a quick learner. This is a great opportunity to maximize your strengths and serve as the main point of contact for patients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact welcoming and checking in patients
• Assist visitors, patients, and vendors as needed
• Scheduling follow-up appointments
• Perform insurance verification
• Real-Time Eligability
• EOBs (explanation of benefits)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of healthcare experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience using EPIC is a plus! (Willing to train)
