This is a high-volume role with auto-connected calls. Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately. Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient's medication as needed. Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patient's healthcare provider.Daily Responsibilities:Support 6-7 physicians daily with incoming clinical calls and messages, which would be speaking to 30-40 patients per day (call times range)Field calls as needed for best treatment supportAnswer comprehensive clinical questions for patients regarding their treatment plans and physician ordersBuild trust and rapport with patients and help them navigate the nephrology processQualifications:Active RN or LPN license2+ years of nursing experience in a specialty unit or physician officeAny experience in Nephrology, Dialysis, or Cardiology is preferredBenefits:Monday - Friday standard clinic hours. Work Environment Desk job in a close-door pharmacy talking to patients and providers on the phone. Calls are auto-connected, so you will be on the phone constantly. 3-week training in person (8:30am to 5pm).
