*This is an entry level position*The Patient Service Representative plays an integral role in providing excellent customer services to our patients. They are the face and initial contact with our patients and assure that appropriate information is obtained, and the exchange is a positive experience. The Patient Service Representative performs patient scheduling tasks and clerically supports physician in the delivery of quality patient care by following established standards and procedures.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or its equivalent required.
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred
- Must be a team player with a drive to provide great customer service
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous physician office experience preferred but not required.
- Strong Computer skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and cope with stress in a positive manner.
