Job Description:
As a Patient Service Representative, you will be tasked with the following job duties:
• Greet patients and families at the front desk
• Troubleshoot issues with patients coming in utilizing the new iPad system for check-in/screening
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, call on referrals
• Answer questions about appointments, insurance, and payments
• Assist with the smooth transfer of patients between departments
• Assist with administrative work such chart prepping, and and maintaining medical records
• Coordinate patient appointments and information flow between departments and outside organizations

Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
